City Manager Charles Theofan and West End Arts President Kathleen
Regan at the Senior Center Exhibit. West End Arts held their Art
a la Carte Program over the Summer months. The art reception was
held at the Magnolia Senior Center, exhibiting over 25 artists.
Works including portraits, printmaking and t-shirt designs were
displayed, followed by a reception with food and drink.
The exhibit was a collaborative effort between West End Arts and
the Senior Center, hosted by West End Arts president, Kathleen
Regan. With a grant from Senator Dean Skelos, the Senior Center
provides art classes to seniors, and for most, this was their
first art exhibition. Many local residents dropped by to view
the works of art, including City Manager Charles Theofan.
