ADHD Tip: Recharge your batteries. Most adults with ADHD need, on a daily basis, some time to waste without feeling guilty about it. One guilt-free way to conceptualize it is to call it time to recharge your batteries. So go ahead and take a nap, watch T.V., or meditate. Do something calm, restful, at ease. Do your ART!!!!
I completely agree. Snacks are important, too.
